I recommend in cases such as google, amazon, ebay, etc. that have multiple bare domains and a single authentication credential, that people use the official domain name of the company (usually, .com); eg. google.com, amazon.com, ebay.com

Yeah, that would solve the problem, but the Addon itself decide which site i am using at the moment (i like this feature!) and someone have to code another solution for such sites.

Hi sp4m.an.joker,
for the google.<many-different-things> problem you should be able to edit the site name in the dialog.
eg visit google.co.uk, it will show that and generate a matching password. If you change it to google.com (in the addon window), it will come up with google.com the next time you open it.
- With some limitations, if you've changed any settings for google.co.uk that one will be stored as well.. If there are different names attached to a (browser) domain you'll get a dropdown. (this should be nice if, say, you have multiple accounts)
Regarding "Using more than one Master Password" .. Is it a logout/enter new master massword you're requesting?
The firefox thing seems like it didn't start. Are you useing private mode (no history or that like?)
Chrome by default disables all addons in incognito mode.. The problem is that the plugin does store some information (site settings, eg password mode and generation). How do you think that should be handled in the plugin? store as usual, or "run once" with no memory?
cheers

Oh, and for the firefox issue.. Do you get anything in the browser console (that's ctrl+shift+J here)
I suspect there is a conflict with another addon. abp perhaps. It's (no surprise) working on my box'es, could you try the steps suggested here:

I think I found the issue with addon not loading on Firefox with AdBlockPlus. Not really related to abp at all.

@Chrome:
"Regarding "Using more than one Master Password" .. Is it a logout/enter new master massword you're requesting?"
Yes, like your firefox addon would be enough, genious would be the ability to switch "accounts" ;)
@incognito:
I would prefer storing the password as long as the incognito window is open.
(Like using for example several Gmail accounts.)
The behaviour of firefox would be enough for me if this is possible in Chrome.
(The Private Window use the Credentials from the normal Window and vice versa)
@Firefox
Thanks for the Fix, it is working now =)
I am using mostly the firefox addon ;)
I want to install this addon on more computers for others, will you release it on addons.mozilla.org or make an updater? (There isn't one at the moment, right?)
This addon will make masterpasswordapp easy to use, really great! Thanks!

BTW.:
That the addon remembered the changed url is realy neat, nice =)

That's great..
About incognito mode, I think you'll have to manually check "allow in incognito" in the chrome extension settings. There doesn't seem to be anything similar to firefox where the extension can promise to be nice and automatically be allowed.
It was my intention to release it to the app-stores, yes.
If anyone with better visual design skills than I (that should be just about anyone) have any ideas, feel free to contact me (github would be preferable). A way to hint that the site name is editable would be a good start.
(I think we can close this thread now. If there are other issues with the addons, I'd relly like to collect them on github for easy management)
