Syncing site name, login, password type, incremental
2. Now for a wish, that might seem to compromize the basic concept not saving anything to the cloud. The idea is good, however, it prevents many people of using your app because it lacks basic convenience we are used to from many other apps. In a world where I juggle with many dozens of passwords every single day I would be willing to accept this compromize:
I only want to input data _once_ on only _one_ of my devices. It must automatically sync the data to all other devices (except, of course, for the master password)
So, when I enter the datainto my iPhone it should sync automatically to my iPad, to my desktop, on my terminal server environment, etc. Otherwise I would have (1) to memorize these and (2) I have to re-enter them on each and every device. (3) Syncronization also would be a great backup that comes in very handy if you replace one of your devices with another one.
I suggest syncronization over at least iCloud, Dropbox and Google Drive (unfortunately there is not yet a widely accepted and implemented, easy to use cloud solution with servers in Europe obeying European data security and privacy laws).
I beleive many people will not use the app if they have to memorize this data and retype it into every device (in my case 4!). And, I beleive, many people - like me - would be willing to pay a price for this feature.
It would be O.K., if this feature was optional, e.g. as an In App Purchase.
Export / import file (with password type, counter, login name, encrypted custom password) each time a add a pasword to one of my devices is not a real solution to this caveat (in addition, I was not able to test whether the java client is supporting the export file yet since it does not run on my Windows notebook)
