Desperately need a fully portable version

The desktop version doesn't save user data in a safe enough manner for me. The incognito mode is optional not default. I need a portable version of Master Password that saves all pertinent user data to a directory that also has the main app. Much like Infinite Password Generator 3.1 (portable mode) does.
