Moving mpsites to windows master password app

How step by step do I export mpsites from ios app and move the export to windows app which requires a json file. I am a noob and need details, Thanks!!!

You export iOS by tapping on the user graphic. That opens a menu. Select export.
On Windows I've had success dropping that file in the proper directory or folder. In Linux this is .mpw.d.
