forgotten user name
Hi , I have changed my phone and tried to open my master password app on my new phone, but although I can remember the password I cannot for the life of me remember my user name. I have reset my previous phone as it is sold, is there anything you can do to remind me os my user name

I’m afraid I don’t have any information on you. We intentionally don’t collect anything on our users.
Do you have an export file?
Might you have entered your name with or without using capitals or in a different order?
Might you be entering the master password incorrectly?

How are you testing whether you got the name and master password correct?

I would recognise my little symbol when correct.
It's OK though, I will just start again and give everything new passwords
