Can't see the Change Password Type of Password Number buttons in Mac App

As stated in the subject, I can't see the Change Password Type or Password Number buttons in Mac App.

I'm running 10.12.6. I just deleted the app and then downloaded it again from the App Store. That didn't help.

   Regarding the GitLab issue you just opened, do note the password version number input is also hidden as well, not just the change password type.

   They are causally linked, as are a bunch of other controls which hierarchically fall under the same group.
