    Dead App.
No matter how many times you try to turn on, nothing happens.
    Never seen anything like this.

Could you check the version of the app for me? In Finder, navigate to the app (in /Applications) and then hit "Get Info" (command-i).

Can you give some more information on what "dead" looks like exactly on your end?

    1. When you start the app, does anything appear or change on your screen?
    2. Do you have the triple-dot icon in the menu bar on the right by the clock?
    3. Are there any messages that appear?
    4. Does restarting the computer resolve the issue?

The more detail, the better I can try and pin down the issue you're experiencing into a probable cause. Thanks!

I double kick the Master Password, nothing happens.

    Won’t even open.
    Simply won’t START.
    No Messages.
    Just re-started iMac. Nothing!
BTW I inserted a fresh copy of Catalina yesterday.

Do you mind trying this for me, it's a little advanced:

Open the Terminal application. You'll see a white screen with some text in it. Copy and paste this text into it:

    /Applications/Master\ Password.app/Contents/MacOS/MasterPassword

    Then hit Enter.
Now select all the text in the window (command-a) and copy it (command-c), then paste it in a message here.
