Please help me I have no recollection of asking for Master Password, nor the password. Please tell me how I can get rid of the program.

Guys, please do not spam this forum with questions that are not relevant here.
This website deals with the Master Password application (ie. the picture you see above, or on the https://masterpassword.app home page).
We know how to assist you with the "Master Password" application downloaded and installed from that site, but we have no knowledge of any other kind of screens asking for a "password" that pop up randomly or unwanted. Those are not triggered by our application and we have no way of helping you with that.
I regret that I cannot do anything to help out and you will have to continue your hunt for the problem by trying to find the real application at cause. Perhaps see if you can have a professional inspect your computer.
