Desktop Version not Installable

Anyone had this issue?

Fresh install of Windows. Reinstalled Java. Went to install Master Password, and BAM. Error claiming that Java wasn't installed.

Uninstalled Java, reinstalled Java (a million times), and still the same issue.

I have not reinstalled Windows yet. Though I'm thinking that might be what I need to do...
