Sorry to hear this! Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you recover your master password - part of what makes our solution so secure is that even we can't break into it and pull out user data - all your passwords are calculated in real time based on your user name + master password + site data. In order to access your old passwords, you need to enter all three of those components exactly the same every time - otherwise you may need to start over with a new profile and consider writing down your master password to keep in a secure place in case of moments like this! Hopefully your password will come back to you though!
I know my password, first your icon went away several days ago frpm but I still get to it by doing a Mac search.
Today it is TOTALLY GONE!!! I am panicked. My life is on your app!!! I keep getting 1passwordI who wants me to sign in and give them my email and password!, is this a scam or competitor? It keeps saying i need the 6 which i put in some months ago. I have a Macbook Air
I have tried to join and pay money in January but it would not let me do it.

I assume you're using the Mac app - is that correct? If so, the Master Password app should be located in your Finder > Applications folder. When you find it there, clicking it will return the icon to your menu bar as usual. If you can't find it in your applications folder, no stress! You can reinstall the app using this link. You will have to reenter your username, master password and sites, but as long as you're using the same information, it will still generate all your old passwords. Let me know if that helps!
