IOS in-app purchase issues

Hi, today I did an in-app purchase (immune to loss, Fuel Top-Up) in the ios app to enable touch ID.
But that doesn't work, the button to switch it on is greyed out and the "Restore Previous Purchases" didn't work.
What can I do to make the in-app purchase work?

    Hey Claudio! In order to activate the Touch ID feature you just need to make sure the "Save Password" option is enabled - once that option is enabled your Touch ID login will kick in!
