Win10 graphics is buggy
I downloaded the latest jar file. Created my user, etc., but when I use the settings buttons on the right, it messes up the screen, and it almost appears as if there are two instances displaying in the window. And, when I click the drop-down bar, the fields will show in different parts of the screen? I'm running the nvidia 1070 card. I think I have the latest JAVA installed but I will try to update that. Anyone else experiencing this type of behavior?
Thanks.

Hi Seshu,
Would you mind creating a dummy user and showing some screenshots?

I have a similar problem after I downloaded the newest version: everything works, but the site information is not readable?! How can I help to solve this problem?

Is any of this behaviour improved in the newly released 2.7.9?

Unfortunately no, it is even worse (see images below).

The best recommendation I have at this point is to upgrade to Java 10. It looks like Java is just not rendering the fonts right for you.

Java 10? how do I get that. When I check the Java.com website the recommended version is 8 update 181?

Ah - that is indeed quite unfortunate. Looks like java.com is just hopelessly outdated.

Ah - that is indeed quite unfortunate. In fact, the latest Java version is 11 already. Looks like java.com is just hopelessly outdated.

Very odd! I'm at a loss to explain it.

I solved the problem by disabling the "Clear Type" function in Windows. Now everything is fine.

Where is that setting?
