Import function
Hi,
I am in the process of changing computers, as such l want to import my existing passwords. Using windows 10, but it is not allowing me to drop and drag the file to global settings. It is showing an export option but no import tab and the drag and drop does nothing. Could you make any suggestions?

I assume you are talking about a third-party app made on Windows. You should contact the author of the app you are using, since I don't use or maintain it.

You are emailing the master password developers. However, the application you are using was not made by the master password developers. It was made by a third party.

I am a little confused.. The app l am having issue with is one developed by
you, but you are telling me it is a third party problem.
Are you able to point me in the direction of the third party l am to
contact?
My issue is, Windows 7 there is an option to import the mpsites file to global
settings, on Windows 10 it does not provide this option. So is this a
Windows issue and is this what you mean by third party?
Cheers

Where did you download this application that you are referring to?

It was from the chrome app store, so it is a chrome extension.

Then look at the Chrome App Store for who the author of this extension was.
This is the support site for the official Master Password apps, but there is no Chrome extension made by us.
