<p>Would it be possible to create a test user on all devices and if the problem continues to occur for this test user, give me an export file from your macOS app, or the test username and password you used?</p>
<p>Could you also pass along some screenshots of this test user exhibiting the problem?</p>

Looks like it works now. Going to find a new keyboard app haha.</p>
