for win10
i have download the software for win10 . but i can't find a star icon ,why ? is it abvialeable for win10 ?

Not sure what you actually have downloaded... but:
For the dektop version you need Java regardless of your Windows Version.
Install Java Runtime Environment (in case you do not already have it installed).
Then download from "Desktop (Java)" on the Homepage.
Doubleclick on the downloaded jar-file to run the desktop-app.
