MacOS Sierra version crashes sometimes while selecting user

Occasionally I use the macOS application and click on "Open", and it gives me a warning that no user has been selected (after not having used it in a while). I then go to select my users through the Users menu, and then it seems to crash right as I select the user. No local Crashdump but I see in the Console that ReportCrash logs "A crash occurred during sleep/wake" for MasterPassword app.

    I am also seeing this on two macOS Sierra computers.

    Any Diagnostic Reports in Console, any messages in Console or any relevant files in ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports?
