Android app giving wrong passwords.

I've been using the desktop and web app and it works great, but I just downloaded it on my OnePlus 3 A3000 and it is not showing the correct passwords. I've confirmed I'm using the same password on each, same counter, same algorithm and same password type. still gives me different passwords. Has anyone else had this issue?
