MPW iOS crashes when I resume it from the background. I have to restart the app and reenter password/ confirm TouchID.

Situation:
1. in MPW, I copy data the clipboard
2. I switch MPW to the background (double click home button) and switch to target app
3. I paste data from clipboard in the target app
4. I double click home button again to switch back to MPW
5. MPW crashes, just disappears
6. have to start MPW again, splash screen "looks we crashed" appears, need to reenter Passphrase or confirm TouchID

Is this a bug that will be solved in next update or just a local problem on my phone?

The app still crashes in v2.4.52. This seems to connect to the "stay logged in" feature.
"stay logged in" enabled: app crashes, "stay logged in" disabled: no crash. I really like the Touch ID feature but with the crashes it is of limited use.

Hmm, very strange. Could you send me a crash log from your phone?

    Here's a step-by-step:

    From Settings, do this:

    me: http://www.lhunath.com <http://www.lhunath.com/> – business: http://www.lyndir.com <http://www.lyndir.com/> – http://masterpasswordapp.com <http://masterpasswordapp.com/>

I upgraded to MPW 2.4.60 and it does not crash anymore. I does however look weird after resume from background. Copying data to the clipboard doesn't work either after resume.

    I have attached screenshots of

    • before (fresh start, no MPW app in the background)
    • after (app resumed from background).

This behaviour seems to be specific for Iphone 6s Plus (iOs 9.3.4). I have restored an Itunes Backup of this phone on an Iphone SE (9.3.4). On the SE, the MPW app behaves as expected. There are no weird dots after restoring the app from background.

EDIT: I have to take that back. It does no work on the Iphone SE (now on iOS 9.3.5) either. Can anyone confirm this?

Is it better to comment here or to open a new thread?

Anyway, I am having the same problem: Three useless dots when the apps resumes from background. (I'm on an iPhone 6+, iOS 01.2 and 2.4.60, e2d3f14)

    Any help?
