CANNOT OPEN UP PASSWORD MANAGER

    The newest update version doesn't even load the splashscreen. It automatically closes and crash without sending a report. No way for user to contact for admin to report glitch.

    Hope this alerts the admin. Thanks.

    Can you open the Console app and look at what text appears when you start Master Password?

    Hello Maarten B.

    The version 2.4.60 app is not making progress in loading.

    When I tap the MasterPassword icon
    (1) it loads the background (blackscreen) then
    (2) it disappears (goes back my iPhone main screen).

    Hope this detailed-problem helps.

    App don't starts anymore on Iphone 4/ IOS 7.1.2 since update the app.

    Master Password start no more since update on version 2.4.60.

    Sorry, why can you not upgrade your iOS version? 7 is really old now. LocalAuthentication is required for TouchID support.

     Yes, I am (iOS vers. 7.1.2) and like Mario (in post #4), the stability issues is managable in my recent version (plus i do not have a laptop to hook it up & upgrade for the next version). Mostly, my apps is on the (7.1.2.) version i have, i feel left out usually when platform becomes vers. 8.0 or higher (slows my 6Gb iPhone).

    I've sent you both an invitation the enter the Beta program, so that I can verify I have a working solution for this problem (as I don't have an iOS 7 device handy). As soon as you both accept, I'll post a new beta build and you'll get an email inviting you to try it out.

       Just wanted to know if any crash reports has been fixed that is just like my situation reported. Still waiting for a needed downgrade for an iOS 7.2.1 iPhone4 tweak. Thanks

    P.S.
      I still have the created crash report app if needed.

    The MasterPassword vers 2.4.60 won't let me upgrade to the latest version. Usually, I just click the [Upgrade] button from the App Store. For now, it is still on vers 2.4.60

    So I did some research here and it turns out that every app that gets made with Apple's current build tools only supports iOS 8.0 and up. Apple no longer supports building apps that work on iOS 7.0 or lower. Since your iPhone 4 can't be upgraded beyond iOS 7.0, that effectively leaves you abandoned for app updates. There's little I can do here - Apple appears to have forced our hand. That means, all I can recommend from here on out is that you obtain a more modern device. Sorry.
